1/31/2002 Six Sigma The Kunkle Sales and Manufacturing teams have reached their first goal of Six Sigma. We recently had twenty employees from a cross section of teams within the plant to achieve "Green Belt" Status. Our theme is "Growing with our Customers" and our focus will be to "close performance gaps in key customer expectations". By closing these gaps in key customewr expectations, we will be better able to service our customer base. We will have the tools to identify our core processes that impact our key customers, define our customer requirements, put the necessary steps in place to measure and analyze our current performance and implement improvements. It’s a Win - Win.... We do things better internally and our customers gain in their key expectations. We will be working with you, our valued customers, to identify mutual goals.
